How to open a support ticket

This page can be used to understand how to open a new ticket on our support system, for each of our themes, published under SmartWPress account: JamSession Music WordPress Theme, Lucille Music WordPress Theme, Artemis WooCommerce WordPress Theme and Slide Music WordPress Theme.

Please check the instructions below:

  1. Please navigate to SmartWPress Support System, located at the following URL:  https://smartwpress.ticksy.com/
  2. Click on “SUBMIT A TICKET” button:

  3. Choose your WordPress theme from the select box:
  4. Verify the purchase from with Envato or simply insert the purchase code.
